A little about us

Our Lady Immaculate Church Tolworth was opened in 1958. and the first Service was celebrated on 25th March, the Feast of the Assumption. The church was consecrated on 31st May 1963.

Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Parish serves the community in Tolworth and surrounding areas. It is a very international congregation comprising of people from the all over the world from as far away as the Philippines, Sri Lanka, India and countries in Africa as well as the people who grew up and live in Tolworth. The parish works closely with O.L.I. school and has close links with Richard Challoner and Holy Cross Schools. A daily service and four services which are a celebration of the Eucharist, are over the weekend.

The parish priest is Anthony Charlton and there is a permanent deacon Al Callan who is married to Trudie. The deacon ministers to the Catholic patients in Tolworth Hospital.

We desire to create and maintain a living Christian community in the parish of Our Lady Immaculate, Tolworth, and offer a warm welcome to all who attend our services and community functions. We hope that parishioners. old and new, will participate fully and joyfully in our spiritual and social life. Many organisations, groups and individuals contribute to this. By baptism all of us have the responsibility of placing our gifts and talents at the service of the Church and community. You are cordially invited to take your part.
