The Community Church, like many churches, is run by both paid staff and unpaid volunteers. Unlike many churches we do not have a senior leader or minister. The Church is led spiritually by a team of Elders and then actvities and events are overseen by a combination of church staff and volunteers. There are also many others who volunteer their time to help run all the various activities both on Sundays and during the week.
