LIFE Groups

Cell groups... Life Teams... House Groups...?!

At The Community Church, we encourage everyone to be part of a life group. Whatever you may have heard them be called, they are groups that meet regularly outside of a Sunday church meeting to build relationships and learn about God.

At the beginning of 2015 we changed the name of our groups from 'small groups' to 'life groups' as though small in comparison to our Sunday meetings, our vision is that the groups grow and increase in number. They are groups where we ‘do’ and explore life in all its reality. The good, the bad and the ugly. We believe they are essential to the life of the church and the new name reflects that.

We have groups of different types (for example a men's group and an 18+ group), who meet in a variety of locations from people's homes to our church office! So, if you'd like to be part of one of our groups that'll make a huge difference to you, your walk with God and the local community, then contact the church office or take a look at the life group information board which is up at all of our Sunday morning meetings.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."
